Ms. Castile joined the ACGME in 1997, and is the Executive Director for the Review Committees for Allergy and Immunology, Neurology, and Psychiatry. She previously served as Executive Director for the Review Committees for Colon and Rectal Surgery and Urology; as Associate Executive director for the Review Committees for Neurology, Plastic Surgery, Psychiatry, Surgery, and Thoracic Surgery; as Senior Accreditation Administrator for the Review Committees for Allergy and Immunology, Plastic Surgery, Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, and Urology; and as Accreditation Administrator for the Review Committees for Allergy and Immunology, Otolaryngology, Plastic Surgery, and Urology. Before joining the ACGME, she worked at the American Medical Association as an executive liaison coordinator and as senior secretary for the Board of Trustees in the Office of Officer Services. Ms. Castile served as an administrator to the Council of Review Committee Chairs’ Innovation and Improvement subcommittee, and was a member of the Department of Accreditation Services Staff Development Focus Group.

Ms. Castile earned her MS in managerial leadership from National Louis University, and her BLAS in communications from DePaul University.
