This toolkit, created in collaboration with the Association of American Medical Colleges, is designed to assist programs in creating admissions/selection processes that consider the “whole” applicant, rather than focusing on any one factor. Continuing medical education (CME) credit is available. Access the toolkit in Learn at ACGME.
Michelle Ihn Suh, MD, MAT; Marc David Robinson, MD; and Nicole Deiorio, MD discuss the hidden curriculum around incarcerated patients in GME and how learners, faculty members, and others can educate themselves about caring for this vulnerable population.
